The Eastern Shore Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors - Charles Milton Espenshade Scholarship Fund

The Eastern Shore Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Charles Milton Espenshade Scholarship Fund is to support an annual scholarship to upper level Construction Management/Technology students who demonstrate outstanding potential for leadership and service. Requirements are: 1) Successful completion of freshman and sophomore years by a Construction Management/Technology major, 2) Letter of application, 3)Three letters of recommendation, at least one being from Construction Management/Technology Faculty, 4 Resident of the Delmarva Peninsula, 5) Unmet financial need documented by Financial Aid
